With a passion for residential real estate we focus mainly on the development of premium projects across Europe, with a particular focus on Hamburg, Berlin, London and Ibiza. However, we are open minded and constantly look for new and interesting locations.

 

We also opportunistically invest in value-add real estate projects where we can achieve superior returns without major development, alone or together with partners from our extensive network.
