KDT purchased this building from around 1900 with many period elements in 2014. It is located in Gross-Flottbek, an upmarket residential area in Hamburg. With a plot size of 510sqm it sits in a quiet residential street, but within walking distance to a charming local hight street.

The four storey villa has 410sqm of living space over four flats. In addition to general renovation and modernisation, KDT also achieved planning for a loft conversion adding a unit of 70sqm. 

The building was divided into separate units in accordance with the Home Ownership Act allowing for the individual flats to be marketed separately on the open market.
