This was KDT's first investment in residential real estate in Berlin. Together with partners, KDT acquired this multi-family building in the district of Friedrichshain, very close to the world-famous Berghain night-club and the Mercedes-Benz Arena. It is very well connected to public transport.

More than 2.200Ssqm of internal area over 32 units and a large undeveloped loft made this an attractive investment opportunity. Over time planning was achieved for a loft conversion adding additional units, new external lifts to the back and the ground floor was converted into shared student accommodation.
