Millbank is a small early project. KDT acquired a one bedroom flat, achieved landlord consent and converted it into a two bedroom flat within this prestigious stucco building. The flat offers river views and a deVOL kitchen. In addition KDT are involved with the management of the building and directorship and jointly acquired the freehold from the Crown Estate in 2010.
