A multi-family house with three residential units and a total area of over 460sqm is one of KDT's early projects. It is located in a small cul-de-sac in well-known leafy suburb of Othmarschen, parallel to Elbchaussee and only a few walking minutes from the river Elbe, numerous parks and very good schools.

 

The plot of over 1,000sqm offers a large garden but had an old house from the 1950s that was demolished. A modern new building with a full basement, off-street parking and solar system was created. The three units consist of a penthouse maisonette of 180sqm, and two smaller flats of 120sqm and 80sqm, both with direct garden access.

The upper floors are clad in untreated larch and compliment the wooded area.
