KDT acquired this ca.1.300sqm large plot with direct access to one of Hamburg's canals in 2016. The site is located in Brabandstrasse a favourite street in Alsterdorf. KTD developed a completely new concept and achieved planning for the construction of five modern townhouses with a total gross area of over 1.000sqm and an underground car park with e-charging points. Construction started in 2018 and KDT adopted traditional red brick with modern architecture for this high-end residential project. A set-back timber clad top floor offers two terraces per unit.

In addition to the private gardens, a beautifully landscaped communal garden allows for direct access onto the canal. Residents often make use of this inner city luxury and lower their boats, canoes and SUP's into the water that connects them directly to the Alster lake in the city center of Hamburg.
