This period house is located in the Westminster district of Millbank, a very central yet often overlooked area in London. A short walking distance to Tate Britain, the Houses of Parliament and other major government offices as well as Millbank Tower and the Chelsea College of Art and Design.

KTD acquired this house at auction in an almost inhabitable condition. Following a successful planning application, a complete redesign and refurbishment including a new two storey extension at the back followed.

Two independant units were created with separate entry points from the street. A three bedroom house over four floors with garden access and a roof terrace and an additional generous one bedroom flat.
