Chauseestrasse consists of three penthouses and is the most recent project. KDT acquired a large undeveloped loft with a total gross area of over 600sqm on top of a beautiful residential period building ca.1870 located in the sought after area of Berlin Mitte. The views over the rooftops of Berlin are more than impressive, including the television tower, the famous Berlin landmark known as 'Alex', as well as the Reichstagskuppel by Norman Foster.

After a complete redesign and already achieved planning KDT aim to start on site with three high-end penthouses including two large rooftop terraces in the spring of 2023.
