Together with business partners KDT launched a small private fund with the sole view to invest in Berlin's attractive real estate market. Within the first year wki BerlinBerlin acquired three multi-family residential buildings with a joint value of over EUR 10M.

Many value-adding improvements followed to the communal areas of all buildings as well as to the individual flats and undeveloped lofts were sold-off individually. KDT work in close co-operation with leading agent David Borck Immobilien who support our work.
